摘要
随着政府的大力推广,装配式结构施工正在被广泛的应用,逐渐改变着传统建筑施工模式。结合前滩中粮一号公馆项目工程实际,对预制构件质量、转换层钢筋定位、预制构件吊装、座浆层、注浆、外墙打胶等施工重点、难点进行阐述,为同类项目提供经验参考。
With the promotion of government,the construction of assembly structure is being widely used and changing the traditional construction mode. According to the actual project of No. 1 Hall of Grain in the Front Beach,the construction key points and difficulties such as quality of precast components,rebar location of conversion layers,suspension of precast components,housing slurry layer,grouting and outside wall rubber are expounded,which provide reference for similar projects.
