自密实混凝土在黄登水电站的应用

摘要 针对自密实混凝土3个关键技术指标(流动性、间隙通过性、抗离析性)的研究,以无添加膨胀剂与添加膨胀剂自密实混凝土试拌和现场试验段的试验结果进行研究。试验结果表明:通过对高流态自密实混凝土的配合比进行设计,得到混凝土的坍落度为550~650 mm,流动时间为2~5 s,试验中的第三组配合比为最佳配合比。混凝土可自行流平,混凝土各项性能均较好,且已经成功用于黄登水电站中。 Aiming at three key technical properties of self-compacting concrete (liquidity,clearance permeability,segregation resistance),this paper made research on test results of self-compacting concrete trial mixing and field test section with no expansion agent and addition expansion agent. The results showed that the design of experiment of high flow self-compacting concrete mixture ratio,the collapse degree of concrete was obtained 550-650mm,flow time was 2-5s,the proportion of the third group was the best mixing proportion. The concrete has been successfully used in the Huangdeng hydropower station.
