摘要 煤气化技术是煤化工的核心。水煤浆气化技术成熟、碳转化率高,是目前最先进的煤气化工艺之一。自动化仪表在水煤浆气化装置中有着举足轻重的地位,关系到整个煤化工装置能否长期、稳定的运行。根据水煤浆气化工艺的特点,结合实际使用情况,针对装置自动化仪表的温度、压力、物位、流量、控制阀的选型进行总结,并对难点进行分析,为同类装置的工艺设计和仪表选型提供参考依据。希望对水煤浆气化技术水平进步起到一定的积极意义。 Coal gasification technology is the core of coal chemical industry. Coal water slurry gasification technology is mature and the carbon conversion rate is high. It is one of the most advanced coal gasification processes at present. Automation instrumentation is important role in the coal water slurry gasification plant, and is related to the long-term and stable operation of the whole coal chemical plant. According to the characteristics of coal water slurry gasification process and the actual use condition, the selection of temperature, pressure, material position, flow rate and control valve is summarized, and the difficulties are analyzed. It provides reference for process design and instrument selection of similar equipment. It is hoped that it will play a positive role in the progress of coal water slurry gasification technology.
