摘要
改革开放以来,市场化进程的加速和发展型地方政府理念的驱动,促使我国城市空间的解构,表现为居住空间分异、职住空间分离、商业空间高端化、交通空间通达性差和公共空间私有化,由此诱发了城市治理的困境和风险。城市治理困境的消解,需要回归以人为中心的城市治理理念,推动城市空间价值转换和空间重构。
Since China＇s reform and opening-up,the acceleration of the marketization process and the drive of the concept of the local government in the development mode have prompted the urban space in China to deconstruct,showing the characteristics of the living space differentiation separation,working and living space separation,high-end commercial space,traffic space inconvenience and the public space privatization.Space deconstruction induces the plight of urban governance and the increasing risk of urban governance.The solution of urban governance dilemma needs to return to the people-oriented concept and promote urban spatial value conversion and spatial restructuring.
