摘要
以中国"数字海洋"工程建设为背景,介绍了该工程由最初的概念、理论研究到实体建设和应用服务的历程,分析了中国"数字海洋"工程的现状、基础与成果;对比了美国、日本等国家的海洋信息工程在海洋信息数据的获取、处理及应用服务等方面的现状及优势,提出了中国海洋信息工程在领域的发展趋势。
The marine information engineering has gradually turned from conceptual and theoretical studies to actual construction and application services. Taking the example of Digital Ocean Engineering of China, this paper analyzes the cmTent situations and foundations of China' s marine informatization establishment by introducing the establishment process and achievements of Digital Ocean. By discovering the gap between America, Japan and other developing countries on data acquisition, processing and applications, this paper offers references on development tendency for marine informatization establishment of China.
