摘要
"多规合一"是近年来城市规划管理及应用的热点,其中信息库的建立和土规"两规"合一是"一张蓝图干到底"的基础内容和核心工作。文章以南宁市"多规合一"数据库建设过程中"两规"差异图斑数据分析、处理和应用为例,探析"多规合一"中差异图斑处理原则,为正在进行的南宁市总体规划修编做好与土规的协调提供有益借鉴。
＂Multiple plans＂ is the focus of city planning management and application in recent years, including the establishment of dty planning and land use planning. The information database of＂two plans into one＂ is the basic content and the care work as an end-all blueprint By taking as an example the ＂wo-plan-into-one＂ difference spot da-ta analysis, processing and application of Nanning ＂multiple plans＂database that is under construction, this paper analyzes ＂compliance differences＂ in the map processing principle. good land coordination and planning in order to pro- vide a useful reference for the on-going revision of the overall planning of the city Nanning.
