摘要
针对主汽温系统具有多扰动、大迟延、非线性等特点,提出基于线性自抗扰控制器(ADRC)的改进型控制方案。同时,采用经验公式法估算PID控制器初始值,以PID参数值计算自抗扰控制器参数初始值,确定人群搜索算法的寻优阈值;以偏差和控制量的加权构成目标函数,通过优化寻得最优控制器参数。仿真结果表明:采用自抗扰控制器的主汽温控制系统,控制效果更好,无论对设定值的跟踪能力,还是控制量的调节能力,都具有很好的快速性、鲁棒性,抗干扰能力尤为突出,具有很强的工程应用价值。
Aiming at the characteristics of multi - disturbance, large delay and non - linearity of the main steam temperature system, an improved control scheme based on linear auto disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) is proposed. Moreover, the initial value of PID controller was estimated by empirical formula method, the initial value of auto disturbance rejection controller was calculated by PID parameter value, and the domain value of seeker opti- mization algorithm was determined by the initial value of the auto disturbance rejection controller parameter. The objective function was a weighted sum of deviations and controls. Finally, the optimal controller parameters were obtained by optimization. The simulation results show that the main steam temperature control system with auto disturbance rejection controller has better control effect, and it has good fastness and robustness in terms of both tracking a- bility and control capacity. Anti - interference ability is particularly prominent, with a strong value of engineering applications.
