摘要
心血管疾病和恶性肿瘤等重大疾病的发生发展均有新生血管的参与,促进或抑制血管新生被认为是控制疾病发病进展的关键因素。中药因其良好的临床治疗效果、对血管新生显著的干预作用已成为研究的热点,斑马鱼模型作为理想的动物模型也为血管生成相关研究提供了良好的实验基础。基于斑马鱼动物模型实验,以中药单体、有效部位、复方及中成药等为研究对象,对中药干预斑马鱼血管新生的研究进展进行综述,旨在为斑马鱼实验模型的进一步开发应用以及中医药干预血管新生的深入研究提供参考。
Angiogenesis involves the occurrence and development of serious diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and malignant tumors. Promoting or inhibiting angiogenesis is considered to be a key factor in controlling the progression of the disease. Chinese materia medica(CMM) has become a research hotspot because of its good clinical therapeutic effect and significant intervention on angiogenesis. The zebrafish model as an ideal animal model also provides a good experimental basis for the study of angiogenesis. CMM monomers, extracts, prescriptions and Chinese patent medicine, and other forms of intervention were selected as the research object. Based on zebrafish animal model experiments, we summarize domestic and foreign relevant research and review the research progress of the effect of CMM on angiogenesis in zebrafish, aiming to provide reference for further development and application of zebrafish as a model and further study of CMM intervention in angiogenesis.
