摘要
针对钢包加盖技术在首秦公司炼钢部应用实际,结合首秦炼钢工艺路线,对分别为斜插齿结构、固定吊钩悬臂梁结构和有架式斜插齿结构等钢包自动揭盖技术进行阐述,并对钢包盖浇筑和烘烤技术进行分析。最后,通过对钢包加盖前后的钢包内衬温度与钢水温降状况比较分析,表明钢包加盖技术对于降低炼钢工序消耗、提高铸坯质量和钢水洁净度与延长钢包壳和钢包衬的使用寿命均有重要作用。
In view of the application of ladle covering technology in the steelmaking department of the first Qin Dynasty, the technology of ladle covering, such as slanted insert structure, fixed banger cantilever beam structure and rack inclined gear structure, is expounded, and the technology of ladle cover and baking is analyzed. Finally, through the comparison and analysis of the ladle lining temperature and the temperature drop of ladle before and after the ladle cover, it shows that the ladle cover technology plays all important role in reducing the consumption of steelmaking process, improving the quality of the billet and the cleanliness of the steel, and prolonging the service life of the ladle shell and the ladle lining.
