搅拌工艺对天然火山渣轻骨料混凝土性能的影响 被引量:2

Study on the influence of mixing process on properties of natural volcanica lightweight aggregate concrete

摘要 采用四种不同的搅拌工艺配制轻骨料混凝土,通过对比混凝土的工作性、强度、收缩性能,研究搅拌工艺对天然火山渣轻骨料混凝土性能的影响。研究表明:两种预湿骨料搅拌工艺,采用粉煤灰包裹搅拌工艺得到的混凝土的7d强度高于净浆裹石搅拌工艺得到混凝土,后期28d、56d强度基本相当;两种不预湿骨料搅拌工艺,采用净浆裹石搅拌工艺得到的硬化混凝土干表观密度、强度较大;综合对比预湿与不预湿搅拌工艺,预湿搅拌工艺比不预湿搅拌工艺得到的混凝土抗压强度高、湿表观密度大、早期膨胀率小;采用预湿搅拌工艺的新拌混凝土坍落度比不预湿搅拌坍落度小,且1h坍落度损失小。 Four different mixing processes are used to prepare lightweight aggregate concrete. By comparing the workability,strength,and shrinkage properties of the concrete,the effect of stirring process on the performance of natural volcanic slag lightweight aggregate concrete is investigated. The research shows that: in the two kinds of prewet aggregate stirring process,the 7 d strength concrete by fly ash wrapped stirred process is higher than the one by pouring stone process,and the strength is basically the same at 28 d and 56 d in the later stage; in two kinds of nonwet aggregate mixing process,the apparent density and strength of the hardened concrete obtained by pouring stone process are relatively larger; by comparing the pre-wet and non-wet mixing processes,the concrete by pre-wet mixing process has higher strength,higher wet apparent,and lower early expansion rate; using pre-wet mixing process gets the lower fresh concrete slump than non-wet mixing slump,and gets smaller slump loss of 1 h.
