摘要 随着免疫抑制剂的不断开发应用,肾移植术后移植肾短期存活率已大大提升,然而其长期存活率仍较低。对于肾移植术后移植肾存活而言,免疫排斥是其中最重要的危险因素。近年来,基于肾移植移植免疫排斥反应,肾移植移植免疫系统逐渐建立,各种免疫细胞在肾移植中的作用及其机制逐渐被揭示,尤其是B细胞及其在肾移植中的作用,逐渐被人们所重视。本文以免疫细胞与移植肾的关系为出发点,详细阐述适应性免疫与天然免疫在肾移植中的作用及其机制,以期梳理肾移植中移植免疫机制,为今后肾移植免疫研究探索新的方向。 With the development and invention of immunosuppressive drugs,the short-term survival rate of renal graft after kidney transplantation has been improved greatly,while the long-term survival rate is still low. Immune rejection is the most important risk factor confuses the survival of renal graft. Recently,the immune system of kidney transplantation has been established based on the basic research of rejection in renal graft. The roles and mechanisms of various immune cells in kidney transplantation have been revealed gradually,especially the role of B cell. Focusing on the relationship between immune cells and renal graft,this article is performed to clarify the roles and mechanisms of adaptive immunity and innate immunity in kidney transplantation,we hope this article could do some help to the development of immune research in kidney transplantation in the future.
