摘要
为探索利用植物多样性的烟蚜绿色防控技术,在人工实验室和安徽宣城烟草示范园比较了烟蚜对韭菜(Allium tuberosum)、白菜(Brassica pekinensis)、番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum)、万寿菊(Tagetes erecta)、绿豆(Vigna radiata)、香菜(Coriandrum sativum)、薄荷(Mentha haplocalyx)、大蒜(Allium sativum)、辣椒(Capsicum annuum)、黄瓜(Cucumis sativus)、茼蒿(Chrysanthemum coronarium)、油菜(Brassica napus)、芹菜(Apium graveolens)、芝麻(Sesamum indicum)、玉米(Zea mays)和艾草(Leonurus artemisia)等16种植物和烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)叶片间的选择反应,并分析了烟田间作玉米、辣椒、番茄、绿豆、芝麻、艾草和万寿菊等对烟蚜种群发生的影响。结果表明,选择取食烟草叶片的烟蚜数量显著高于番茄、辣椒、黄瓜、茼蒿、油菜、大蒜、韭菜、绿豆、玉米、薄荷以及万寿菊叶片的烟蚜数量。与烟草叶片相比,烟蚜更偏向取食白菜叶片。芝麻间作处理小区烟株上的烟蚜数量显著高于对照,而间作玉米可显著降低烟株上的烟蚜数量。
To develop green control techniques for Myzus persicae via plant diversity,the selection behavior of M. persicae to 17 plants(Allium tuberosum,Brassica pekinensis,Lycopersicon esculentum,Tagetes erecta,Vigna radiate,Coriandrum sativum,Mentha haplocalyx,Allium sativum,Capsicum annuum,Cucumis sativus,Chrysanthemum coronarium,Brassica napus,Apium graveolens,Sesamum indicum,Zea mays,Leonurus artemisia and Nicotiana tabacum) was compared in laboratory and Xuancheng tobacco demonstration park of Anhui Province. The effects of tobacco intercropping with corn,pepper,tomato,mung bean,sesame,wormwood,marigold on the population of M. persicae were analyzed. The results showed that the amount of M. persicae fed on tobacco leaves was higher than that on tomato,pepper,cucumber,crown daisy,rape,garlic,leek,mung bean,corn,peppermint and marigold. Comparing with tobacco,M. persicae preferred Chinese cabbage leaves. The amount of M. persicae in the field of tobacco intercropping with sesame was higher than the control. However,the amount of M. persicae significantly decreased in the field of tobacco intercropping with corn. Therefore,corntobacco intercropping system could be used to control M. persicae in fields.
