摘要
对催化硝酸氧化乙醇含成乙二醛进行了研究。通过均匀设计与正交实验考察了引发剂用量。硝酸浓度、硝酸与乙醛比例、反应温度、反应时间、硝酸滴加速度、复合催化剂MAS-2配比及用量等因素对反应生成乙二醛的选择性和单程收率的影响。结果表明:反应生成乙二醛的选择性71.8%,单程收率48.5%。
A method of synthesizing glyoxal with acetaldehyde by catalytic nitric acid oxidation was researched. The effects of the initiator's feeding amount ,nitric acid concentration ,nitric acid acetaldehyd ratio, compound catalyst ratio and it's amount ,reaction temperature and time; and edng velocity of nitric acid on the selectivity and yield of forming glyoxal were investigated by experimental design. The results showed tha the selectivity achieved 71. 8% and single process yield achieved 48. 5%.
