摘要
目的设计一款适合手术患者及ICU患者的病号服,解决传统病号服的弊端,并观察其临床应用效果。方法根据手术患者及ICU危重患者的特点,根据临床需求,对传统病号服进行重新设计,在衣服结构设计、穿着方式、码数区分等方面进行巧妙设计制作。比较手术及ICU新款病号服与传统病号服病人的穿着体验、医生、护士的操作满意度。结果手术及ICU新型病号服大大提高了患者舒适度及医护人员的满意度,穿着简单、容易更换。患者穿着体验既舒适又美观,既保暖又保护隐私。还满足了手术及ICU各种操作需求。结论新型手术及ICU患者病号服克服了传统病号服的所有弊端,解决了临床需求,值得大力推广。
Objective To design a patient gown for surgical and ICU patients and observe its effect of clinical application. Methods According to the characteristics of surgical patients,ICU patients and clinical needs,the traditional patient dress was redesigned in terms of clothing structure design,clothing style,and code number. Operations,wearing experience between ICU new patient gown and traditional ones as well as the satisfaction of doctors and nurses were compared. Results The operation and ICU＇s new type of patient gown was easy to wear and change so as to greatly improve the patient＇s comfort and satisfaction of medical staff. The new patient gown is both comfortable and beautiful,warm and private,meeting various operating requirements for surgery and ICU. Conclusion The new gown for surgical and ICU patients overcomes all the disadvantages of traditional gowns and meet clinical needs,so it is worthy of promotion.
