摘要
目的观察中西医结合疗法在鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜围手术期的临床疗效。方法将90名符合标准的患者按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组48例,对照组42例。对照组采用常规西医处理,治疗组在对照组基础上加用鼻渊舒口服液治疗。结果治疗组和对照组在出血量和有效率上差异均有统计学意义。治疗组在鼻窦炎鼻内窥镜术中出血量≤50 ml的人数明显多于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的术后症状较对照组良好,鼻窦腔黏膜恢复较慢,但鼻窦腔分泌物减少。治疗组的愈合率显然高于对照组,有效率也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论鼻渊舒口服液的主要作用特点是成分多、靶点多,可以多方面调节,可以明显改善鼻窦炎内窥镜术后的各种临床症状,提高手术效率,值得临床进一步推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effects on sinusitis at nasal endoscopic perioperative stage treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. Methods A total of 90 patients met the inclusive criteria were divided into a treatment group（ 48 cases） and a control group（ 42 cases） according to the random number table. In the control group,the routine western medicine was used. In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,biyuanshu oral liquid was added. Results The differences were significant in the bleeding volume and the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group. The cases with ≤5 ml bleeding volume in the nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment group were obviously more than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The post-operative symptoms were milder in the treatment group as compared with the control group,in which,the paranasal sinus membrane was recovered slowly,but the secretion was reduced. The healing rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. The effective rate was higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Biyuanshu oral liquid contains more effective components for multiple targets and regulation. It remarkably relieves the clinical symptoms after nasal endoscopic operation for sinusitis and improves the operative efficiency. Hence,it deserves to be promoted in clinic.
