摘要
目的解析祛斑中药复方干预黑色素合成的主效应中药。方法采用3×2析因设计表,以山楂、当归、山茱萸为考察因素,各设2水平,分别测定自由基清除活性抑制率、SOD样活性抑制率、抗紫外线催化作用抑制率、促黑色素分解作用抑制率,并运用SPSS16.0软件辅助解析该复方对干预黑色素合成不同途径的主效应中药。结果各药对自由基清除活性抑制率依次为F_(C因素)>F_(A因素)>F_(B因素*C因素)>F_(B因素),山茱萸对其具有显著抑制作用(P<0.05);各药对抗紫外线催化作用的抑制率依次为F_(A因素)>>F_(B因素)>F_(c因素),山楂对其具有显著抑制作用(P<0.05)。组方对SOD样活性、促黑色素分解作用均呈现出一定的抑制作用。结论山茱萸、山楂分别为组方中抑制自由基清除活性、抗紫外线催化作用的主效应中药。
Objective: To investigate the major effective herbs in Quban prescription on intervention melanin synthesis. Methods: The factors of investigation were Crataegi Fructus, Angelicae Sinensis Radix and Cornus officinalis in 3 ×2 factorial design experiment. The inhibition ratios of free-radical scavenging activity, SOD-like activity, anti-ultraviolet catalysis activity and promoting degradation of melanin were determinated respectively; and the major effective herbs were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results:The inhibition rate of free-radical scavenging activity was successively FC factor〉FA factor〉FB factor·C factor〉FB factor. Free-radical scavenging activity was remarkably inhibited by Cornus officinalis(P〈0.05). The inhibition rate of anti-ultraviolet catalysis activity was successively FA factor〉FB factor〉FC factor. Anti-ultraviolet catalysis activity was remarkably inhibited by Crataegi Fructus(P0.05). Conclusion: Cornus officinalis and Crataegi Fructus were respectively the major effective herbs on free-radical scavenging activity and antiultraviolet catalysis activity in the prescription.
