基于企业视角的中职毕业生职业能力调查研究

摘要 通过对开展现代学徒制试点的76家企业人力资源主管采用德尔菲法问卷调查,确定职业能力包含的内容;然后据此再对上述企业1 103名高层、中层和班组长开展职业能力重要性、对中职学生职业能力的期望和实际表现进行问卷调查。研究表明:不同产业类别的企业在专业能力、方法能力和社会能力态度上存在差异;不同管理层对职业能力重要性评价存在差异;企业对中职学生职业能力的期望和实际表现之间有较大差距。这些研究结果为中职教育供给侧改革提供了重要依据。 Through the Delphi Method questionnaire survey of the human resources managers from 76 enterprises which carry out the pilot system of modem apprenticeship to determine the content of a professional competence; then according to the findings to conduct a questionnaire survey on the expectation and actual performance of professional competence of secondary vocational students for 1103 senior, middle and team leaders in enterprises. The research shows that there are differences in professional ability, method ability and social ability in different industry categories, and there are differences in evaluation of the importance of professional competence among different management layers. These results provide an important basis for the supply side reform of secondary vocational education.
