PVDF中空纤维超滤商品膜耐化学性的比较研究 被引量:1

Comparative Study on the Chemical Resistance of Commercial PVDF Hollow Fiber Ultrafiltration Membranes

摘要 对三款聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维超滤膜进行了氧化性溶液、酸溶液和碱溶液浸泡实验,并对浸泡前后的膜机械性能、纯水透过率和截留率进行了测试分析。结果显示,浸泡24 h之后,3种浸泡液体系中膜丝性能均趋于稳定。在24 h的浸泡时间下对比分析了3款PVDF膜的性能变化。3款PVDF膜的断裂拉伸强度变化率均较小,PVDF3的断裂伸长率变化率最小,PVDF2断裂伸长率变化率最大。浸泡实验后PVDF2的纯水透过率变化率最大,PVDF3变化率最小。三款膜丝在不同浸泡条件下截留率变化率都不大,总体小于15%。 Three kinds of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes were treated with oxidizing solution, acid solution and alkali solution. The mechanical performance, water flux and retention ratio of the membranes before and after treatment were tested. The results showed the membrane performance was tending towards stability after 24 h treatment. The changes of three kinds of PVDF membrane performances were compared after 24 h treatment, the change rate of breaking elongation strength of the membranes were all small; the elongation at breaking of PVDF3 was minimum and PVDF2 was maximum; the change rate of water flux of PVDF2 after treatment was maximum and PVDF3 was minimum; the change rates of retention ratio of three PVDF membranes were all less than 15%.
