图书馆党建“移动学习”模式的探索与实践被引量：1

摘要图书馆是为全校师生提供文献资源服务的部门,工作人员分散到各个服务工作岗位上,不能轻易离开。特殊的工作岗位职责要求,给党建集中学习带来困难。一般情况下,图书馆工作人员在工作岗位上有一定的闲暇时间,图书馆党组织可充分利用工作岗位上的闲暇时间来开展党建教育活动。"移动学习"模式,就是将党报党刊通过党小组相关人员,依次传递到每个党员的工作岗位上,党员利用闲暇时间翻阅和学习的一种党建学习模式。本文主要论述石家庄铁道大学图书馆的党建"移动学习"模式的实践和探索。
