摘要
目的:对某疾控中心数字化X射线摄影(DR)机房新建项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价,为竣工验收提供依据。方法:对该疾控中心DR机房项目进行现场卫生学调查与现场检测,并依据国家相关的法律法规和标准进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果:DR机房布局合理,屏蔽设计和安全防护措施有效;机房周围环境辐射水平和DR机质量控制均在合格范围内;个人防护用品基本能满足放射防护需求;建立了放射防护管理体系。结论:该项目职业病危害控制效果基本达到竣工验收要求。
Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational hazards control in a new construction project of the digital X ray radiography(DR)room of a CDC so as to provide basis for final acceptance.Methods The hygiene investigation and field test of the DR room in the CDC were carried out,and the occupational hazard control effect was evaluated according to the relevant laws,regulations and standards of the nation.Results DR computer room layout was reasonable,shielding design and security measures effective.The ambient radiation level and DR quality control in the engine room were all within the qualified range.Personal protective articles could basically meet the needs of radiological protection.And radiation protection management system had been established.Conclusions The control effect of occupational hazards in the project has basically reached the requirements of completion and acceptance.
