冠心病患者健康教育需求调查及影响因素分析 被引量:5

A survey of health education demands of patients with coronary heart disease and its influencing factors

摘要 目的 通过冠心病患者学习需求调查表调查该院的心内科患者对健康教育的需求,为制定更适合患者的健康教育方法提供依据.方法 选取2017年3~4月入住该院心脏中心诊断为冠心病的患者100例,采用改良后的问卷调查.结果 冠心病患者对体征和症状方面的健康教育内容需求度最高,而且发现未有过心梗史的患者对健康教育的需求度高,另外冠心病患者年龄越小对心理因素方面健康教育需求度越高,而随着冠心病患者住院次数的增多,患者对药物方面健康知识需求降低.结论 冠心病患者对体征和症状方面的健康教育内容是最为关心的,而且年龄、心梗史、住院次数等个体化因素会影响患者的健康教育需求. Objective The study needs questionnaire of patients with coronary heart disease was used to investigate the demand of patients in the department of cardiology of the hospital for healthy education, providing a basis for the development of healthy education methods more suitable for patients. Methods The improved questionnaire was used to investigate 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to the heart center of the hospital from March to April 2017. Results Patients with coronary heart disease had the highest demand for education content in terms of physical signs and symptoms. Patients with no history of heart attack were also found to have a high demand for healthy education. In addition, the younger the age of patients with coronary heart disease, the higher the degree of education demand for psychological factors, and with the increase of hospitalization times of patients with coronary heart disease, patients' demand for medical knowledge was reduced. Conclusions Patients with coronary heart disease are most concerned about education in terms of physical signs and symptoms, and age, history of myocardial infarction, number of hospitalizations and other individualized factors will affect patients' health education demand.
