摘要
目的:探析MSCT低剂量扫描技术在COPD疾病中的应用价值。方法:选取2016年8月~2017年10月我院收治的60例临床确诊慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为主要研究对象,采用随机分配的原则进行分组,每组30例。对照组采用常规剂量扫描,观察组患者采用低剂量扫描,对两组的图像质量优良率、X射线有效辐射剂量进行对比分析。结果:观察组的图像质量优良率为96.67%,对照组为100%,经统计学分析,两组数据的对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的X射线有效辐射剂量明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床诊断上,采用MSCT低剂量扫描技术进行检查,可保障图像质量满足临床诊断的需要,同时可降低CT辐射剂量,减少检查对人体造成的伤害,值得在临床上进一步应用和推广。
Objective: To explore the value of MSCT low-dose scanning in the treatment of COPD. Methods:From August 2016 to October 2017,60 patients with clinically diagnosed chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD) admitted to our hospital were selected as the main study subjects and divided into three groups according to the principle of randomization. The control group received routine dose scanning,the observation group patients using low-dose scanning,the two groups of good image quality,effective dose of X-ray radiation were compared. Results: The excellent and good image quality was 96. 67% in the observation group and 100% in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P〉0. 05) by statistical analysis. The effective radiation dose of the observation group was significantly Lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: In the clinical diagnosis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,using MSCT low-dose scanning technology to check the image quality to meet the needs of clinical diagnosis,while reducing CT radiation dose to reduce the damage caused by the inspection,it is worth in the clinic On the further application and promotion.
