摘要
以野生榛蘑为原材料,优化超声波辅助提取榛蘑水溶性多糖提取工艺。采用单因素试验和二次回归旋转组合试验确定超声波辅助提取条件。考察了超声提取时间、功率、温度和液料比对榛蘑多糖提取率的影响,优化了提取工艺参数。结果表明,超声波辅助提取榛蘑多糖的最优工艺参数为提取温度51℃、时间75min、液料比17 mL/g、功率400 W,在此实验条件下,榛蘑多糖最高提取率达14.51%。
To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process for water-soluble polysaccharides from wild Armillaria melle,single factor experiment and response surface methdology based on a quadratic regression orthogonal rotary combination design were used. The effects of ultrasonic extraction time,power,temperature and ratio of water to raw material on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were studied,and the extraction process parameters were optimized. The result showed that optimized extraction temperature was 51 ℃,ultrasonic treatment time was 75 min,ratio of water to raw material was 17 mL/g and ultrasonic power was 400 W. Under the above conditions,the maximal yield of polysaccharides was 14.51%.
