摘要
目的分析脐尿管癌的MSCT表现与特征,探讨MSCT对该病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析19例经手术病理证实脐尿管癌的临床及影像资料。结果 19例肿瘤均表现为脐与膀胱顶部之间中线部位的占位性病变。12例呈囊实性,7例呈实性。16例肿块内可见斑片状钙化。增强扫描肿瘤实性成分呈不均匀强化。19例均伴有膀胱壁受侵增厚。19例均为腺癌。结论脐尿管癌发生的部位及影像学表现典型,术前MSCT检查对定位和定性诊断具有很大的应用价值。
Objective To analyze MDCT features of urachal carcinoma and to evaluate the diagnostic value of this disease.Methods The MDCT features of nineteen cases with pathologically confirmed urachal carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.Unenhanced and dynamic enhanced MDCT were performed in all cases. Results All of nineteen cases of tumors presented as the space-occupying lesions at the midline between the navel and the top of the bladder. Twelve cases were mixed cystic solid lesions and seven cases were completely solid. The patchy calcifications were seen in sixteen cases. The nineteen cases showed heterogeneous enhancement after contrast administration. The adjacent urinary bladder wall was thickened in nineteen cases. The nineteen cases were adenocarcinoma. Conclusion Urachal carcinoma showed typical location as well as CT manifestations. MDCT examination before surgery is highly valuable to correctly diagnose urachal carcinoma.
