摘要
目的探讨研究不同雾化吸入方式治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法 60例哮喘患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组接受超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组接受空气压缩泵式雾化吸入治疗,观察两组患儿临床治疗效果。结果观察组综合有效率为96.7%,显著高于对照组的50.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿及家属综合满意度93.3%,显著高于对照组的76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.3%,显著低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间为(4.54±1.15)d,显著短于对照组的(7.36±1.48)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘的治疗过程中,空气压缩泵式雾化吸入治疗方式及超声雾化吸入治疗方式均有一定的治疗效果,其中空气压缩泵式雾化吸入治疗方式优势更加明显,能够有效提升临床疗效及患儿家属满意度,降低治疗成本,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of different atomization inhalation methods for the treatment of children with asthma. Methods A total of 60 children with asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy, and the observation group received air compression pump atomization inhalation therapy. The clinical effect of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.7%, which was significantly higher than 50.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The overall satisfaction of children and family members in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than 76.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.3%, which was significantly lower than 26.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was(4.54±1.15) d, which was significantly shorter than(7.36±1.48) d in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion In the treatment course of children with asthma, air compression pump atomization inhalation therapy and ultrasonic atomization inhalation therapy have certain therapeutic effect, but air compression pump inhalation therapy has more obvious advantages, can effectively improve the clinical effect and the satisfaction of children and family members, reduce the cost of treatment, with high safety, it is worth popularizing.
