摘要 针对常减压装置(CDU)需要加工多种不同性质原油的特性,设计了一套在常减压装置中实现先进控制和实时优化的系统。该系统利用在线分析仪和实时数据装置,通过流程模拟计算操作变量和被控变量的优化目标。优化目标包括常压炉和减压炉出口温度,以及常压塔和减压塔主要产品拔出量等。通过多变量模型预测控制器,系统实现了对装置的稳定控制,按生产条件逐步实现工艺点接近计算的优化目标。应用结果表明,该优化系统能达到维持工艺参数安全、稳定和高效的目标。 The system for implementing advanced control and real-time optimization of the crude distillation unit( CDU) is designed in accordance with the characteristics of the CDU which is processing a variety of different crudes. By adopting online analyzer and real-time data device,through process simulation,the optimization objects of operational variables and controlled variables are calculated. The optimization objects include the outlet temperatures of the atmospheric pressure furnace and the vacuum furnace,and the extraction amounts of the main products of the atmospheric pressure tower and the vacuum tower. Through the multivariable model predictive controller,the system realizes the stable control of the CDU,and gradually realizes the optimization object of the process point closed to the calculation according to the production conditions. The application results show that the optimization system can achieve the goal of maintaining process parameters in a safe,stable and efficient manner.
