关于大温差环境下无砟道床板混凝土养护方法 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国高速铁路建设规模的不断扩大,尤其是高速铁路在西部地区的修建与运行,对高速铁路的施工质量提出更高的要求。道床板是无砟轨道的重要组成部分,根据实践调查,在大温差环境下道床板混凝土存在裂缝、上拱等现象,而这些病害严重影响无砟道的施工质量,威胁高速铁路的安全运行。因此做好混凝土的养护工作是预防混凝土病害的重要举措。本文以大温差环境下无砟道床板混凝土常见的病害作为论述切点,分析无砟道床板混凝土养护所存在的问题,最后提出提升混凝土养护方法的具体对策。 With the continuous expansion of the construction scale of China's high-speed railways, especially the construction and operation of high-speed railways in the western region, higher requirements are imposed on the construction quality of high-speed railways.The track slab is an important part of the nonballasted track. According to practical investigations, there are cracks and arches on the concrete of the track slab in the large temperature difference environment, and these diseases seriously affect the construction quality of the tunnel and threaten the safe operation of the high-speed railway. Therefore, the maintenance of concrete is an important measure to prevent concrete disease. In this paper, the common faults of slab concrete in large temperature difference environments are taken as the starting points for discussion, and the problems existing in the concrete slab-bed concrete curing are analyzed. Finally, the specific countermeasures for improving concrete curing methods are proposed.
