摘要
铅板栅被称为是铅酸电池的"第三电极",其性能与铅酸电池性能息息相关。而板栅性能又受到板栅成分、板栅铸造条件的影响。本文综述了铅酸蓄电池板栅材料的研究进展,主要介绍了铅锑合金、铅钙合金以及轻质板栅合金的相关研究,系统地阐述了各种添加剂对于铅基合金板栅机械性能、耐腐蚀性能及电化学性能的影响,总结了各类轻质板栅合金的优点与不足,对今后板栅材料的发展方向提出了建议。
Grid is called as “ the third electrode 冶 besides cathode and anode of lead acid batteries, whoseperformance has high relationship with the performance of batteries. The performance of grid is influenced by theingredient as well as the casting methods. The research progress on lead-acid battery grid materials was reviewed, mainlyfocusing on the research of lead - antimony alloys, lead - calcium alloys and lightweight grid alloys, systematicallyexpounding the effects of various additives on the mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and electrochemicalperformance of lead-based alloy grids. The advantages and disadvantages of various types of lightweight grid alloys weresummarized, and opinions on the future development of grid materials were given.
