改性硅藻土对重金属离子吸附性能工艺条件的优化 被引量:1

摘要 采用XRD、XRF、SEM等分析手段探讨物理、化学改性前后硅藻土的理化性质,研究了其对重金属离子Cu2+、Pb2+的吸附性能,并对工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,硅藻土经过改性处理后,富集了Si元素的含量,杂质的含量降低,孔道结构更清晰。当吸附时间为30 min,初始p H值为7的工艺条件下,物理改性硅藻土对Cu2+的去除率达到87.56%;当初始p H值为7,吸附时间为60 min的条件下化学改性硅藻土对Pb2+的去除率为88%。 The physical and chemical properties of diatomite modified by natural and physical chemistry werecompared by means of XRD, XRF and SEM. Adsorption properties of the adsorbed heavy metal ions Cu2+and Pb2+werefurther studied, and the process conditions were optimized. The results showed that after the modification of diatomite, thecontent of Si was enriched, the content of impurities was reduced, and the pore structure was clearer. When theadsorption time was 30 min, and the initial pH value was 7, the removal rate of Cu2+by the physically modified diatomitereached 87. 56%. Under the initial pH value of 7, adsorption time of 60 min, the removal rate of Pb2+by chemicallymodified diatomite reached 88%.
