摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤根心及根皮中雷公藤红素含量的方法。采用Ulitimate C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(80∶20),检测波长425 nm,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温30℃。雷公藤红素在0.514~51.4μg/m L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.01%,RSD为1.38%(n=9)。本方法快速、简便,重现性好,定量准确,可作为雷公藤药材中雷公藤红素含量的测定。
An HPLC method for the determination of tripterine in root heart and root bark of Tripterygium wilfordiiwas established. The detection was performed on an ulitimate C18column (250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) at UV wavelength of425 nm. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric aicd (80:20), the flow rate was 1. 0 mL / minand the column temperrature was 30 ℃ . The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 514 ~ 51. 4 μg / mL ofsenkirkine (r = 0. 9999). The average recovery was 99. 01% with RSD of 1. 38%(n = 9). The HPLC method is simple,rapid, better repeatable and accurate. It can be used for determining the quantitative tripterine.
