摘要
磁通切换电机具有功率密度高、转矩密度大等优点,并且具有较宽的调速范围,在混合动力汽车上受到广泛应用。针对混合动力汽车需要电动机提供较大出力的需求,本文设计了一台新型双转子磁通切换电机,并采用有限元仿真进行了验证,结果表明该电机的输出转矩比传统的磁通切换电机提高了10%。最后通过优化定子齿的结构来削弱齿槽转矩,并取得了很好的效果。
Flux switching motor has many advantages, such as high power density and large torque density, and also has wide range of speed regulation, it has been widely used in hybrid electric vehicles. In order to meet the requirement of large power supply for hybrid electric vehicle, this paper designed a new type of double rotor flux switching motor, and verified by finite element simulations. The results show that the output torque of the motor is 10% higher than that of the traditional flux switching motor. Finally, the cogging torque is reduced by optimizing the structure of the stator teeth, and good results are achieved.
