摘要
针对粉煤三通换向阀在使用过程中出现的阀门卡涩、换向时间长以及密封失效等问题,从工艺流程和阀门结构进行原因分析,并实施国产化结构改进,保证了气化炉的长周期安全稳定运行。
Pulverized coal three way diverter valve, its application and problems occurred during operation, such as valve jam, long reversing time, and failure of seal, were described. The process flow and valve structure were analyzed to find the reason of failure, and structural improvement was implemented based on domestic innovation to guarantee the gasifier a long cycle, safe and stable operation.
