摘要
采用Aspen Batch Distillation对含杂质乙酸乙烯酯溶液进行间歇精馏模拟计算,考察了塔顶压力与回流比对塔顶、塔釜产品质量分数和收率的影响规律。模拟计算和精馏试验结果表明:在相同条件下,模拟值和试验值误差小于1%,说明所建模型可靠。模拟计算得到的最优间歇精馏操作参数为:塔顶压力1 kPa、回流比0. 8。在此操作条件下,塔顶乙醛质量分数最高可达83. 63%,收率99. 09%;塔釜乙酸乙烯酯质量分数最高可达99. 82%,收率30%。研究结果可为间歇精馏分离乙酸乙烯酯溶液技术的工业应用提供工艺参考。
Based on the commercial soflware of Aspen Batch Distillation, batch distillation of ethylene acetate solution is simulated and calculated. The effects of condenser pressure and reflux ratio on the mass fraction and yield of products separated from top and bottom of the colunm are investigated. The results of sinmlation and distillation experiment shows that under the same conditions, the error between simulation and experiment is lower than 1%, which indicates the reliability of the model. The optimal operating parameters of batch distillation are obtained by simulated calculation as follows : the condenser pressure 1 kPa, reflux ratio 0.8. The mass fraction and the yield of acetaldehyde on the tower condenser reach 83.63% and 99.09% , the purity and the yield of ethylene acetate on the tower kettle reach 99.82% and 30% , respectively, under the optimal batch distillation conditions. The results can provide technical reference for the separation of ethylene acetate solution by industrial batch distillation.
