摘要
以硫酸亚铁、双氧水和碱液为主要原料,合成了羟基氧化铁原粉,经XRD和IR测定,产物的矿相组成为无定形羟基氧化铁,产物粒径为2. 6μm,穿透硫容为56%。将羟基氧化铁制备成球,并在脱硫装置上对其脱硫效果进行了评价。考察了球型羟基氧化铁脱硫剂对中性和酸性溶液中所溶硫化氢的脱除效果,结果表明:反应初期脱除硫化氢的效率高达100%,且未将其他杂质引入溶液中;而在脱除一段时间后,脱除率下降,但未达穿透硫容。针对试验结果,提出制备粒度更小的球体,增加比表面积,以提高脱硫剂的利用率和脱硫率。
The hydroxyl-ferric oxide powder is prepared by using ferrous sulfate, hydrogen peroxide and alkali liquor as principal raw materials. The prepared powder is measured by XRD and IR, and the mineral phase composition of the powder is determined as agraphitie hydroxyl-ferric oxide, with diameter of particles of 2.6 bun and breakthrough sulfur capacity of 56%. The hydroxyl-ferric oxide powder is prepared as spherical desulfurizing agent and sulfur removing effect is evaluated in the desulfurization device. The effects of removing dissolved hydrogen sulfide in neutral and acid solution by spherical hydroxyl-ferric oxide desulfurizing agent are investigated, and the results show that the hydrogen sulfide removing efficiency in the initial stage of reaction can reach 100% without any other impurities brought in solution, however, after an extended period, the hydrogen sulfide removing efficiency reduces and the breakthrough sulfur capacity is not reached. Based on the test results, some measures are proposed to enhance the use ratio and hydrogen sulfide removing efficiency of desulfurizing agent, including preparing spherical desulfurizing agent with smaller size and increasing specific surface area.
