摘要
校企一体化人才培养是产教融合深入发展的新模式,协同理论是这一模式的主要依托。通过构建校企主体的一体化协同认知关系和平台,实现人才培养目标的战略协作。"人"型立体化校企协同育人平台,技能标准化与标准技能化路径,多位一体过程协同,是协同理论指导下校企一体化人才培养模式的主要手段。
The talents training mode of University-enterprise integration is a new model for the integration of production and education deepening development. And synergetics is the main support of this model. Constructing the integrated collaborative cognitive relationship and platform of the main body of university and enterprises,realized the strategic coordination of talents training objectives. The ＂human ＂type of three-dimensional school-enterprise synergistic education platform,the way for standardization of skills and standardization enabling skills,and multiple integration process coordination,these are main method to guide the integrated talent cultivation mode under the guidance of collaborative theory.
