摘要
采用高压静电微胶囊制备装置,以成囊合格率为检测指标,选择海藻酸钠等为壁材,运用BoxBehnken中心组合设计和响应面分析,研究了电压、注射器推进速度及注射器针头内径大小对茶多酚微胶囊成囊特性的影响。得到了茶多酚微胶囊成囊合格率方程,其中成囊合格率与电压和注射器推进速度成正比,与注射器针头内径成反比。在最优条件下制备出的微胶囊合格率很高。可为食品、医药、化工等微胶囊化壁材配比选择提供参考。
High voltage electrostatic microcapsule preparation device was used to study the effect of voltage, syringe propulsion speed and inner diameter of syringe needle on the cystic characteristics of tea polyphenol microcapsule. The bag-forming rate equation of tea polyphenol microcapsule was obtained, in which the bag-forming rate was proportional to the voltage and the advancing speed of the syringe, and inversely proportional to the inner diameter of the syringe needle. The microcapsules prepared under optimal conditions have high qualified rate. It can provide reference for food, medicine, chemical and other micro- encapsulated wall materials.
