摘要
目的:分析中药联合化药药物经济学研究主题、研究者研究能力和团队特征。方法:计算机检索CNKI、CBM和万方数据库获取中药联合化药药物经济学研究,采用BICOMS-2软件对药物经济学研究的关键词、作者和作者单位进行抽取和整理,利用NetDraw软件绘制关键词、作者和作者单位社会关系网络图,最后采用gCLUTO软件对关键词进行聚类分析。结果:中药联合化药药物经济学研究中190个(72.2%)关键词出现1次,心脏衰竭、脑梗死等处于社会网络分析图的核心地位,相关研究的作者有409名,分为5个主要的研究团体。结论:脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病及肝炎是研究的热点。此外,尽管中药联合化药相关的药物经济学研究人员众多,但作者及其所在的机构间合作较弱,有待加强。
Objective： To analyze the research topic,research ability and the team characteristics of Chinese and western medicine of pharmacoeconomics studies in China. Methods： We systematically searched CNKI,CBM and Wanfang database,and included all available Chinese and western medicine of pharmacoeconomics studies in China,the related topic,authors and organizations were extracted and produced co-keywords by BICOMS-2,the figure of topic,authors and organizations of network by Net Draw,at the same time,cluster analysis by g CLUTO. Results： There are 190（ 72. 2%） keywords that appear 1 times in included studies,heart failure and cerebral infarction are at the core of social network analysis. 409 authors which divided into 5 main research groups have carried out the included studies.Conclusion： Cerebrovascular diseases,respiratory diseases and hepatitis are hot topics of related research. Although there are a large number of researchers focused on the pharmacoeconomics studies of Chinese and western medicine,in the future,the authors should strengthen the cooperation.
