摘要 采用Unisim Design对低温法CO-H_2分离过程进行模拟,针对精馏塔内液相负荷高和气相负荷变化大的特点,选用塔板-填料组合结构。塔内传质原件分别选用最新一代具有高通量的规整填料MellpakplusTM和高性能微型浮阀UFMTM。首套国产CO-H_2深冷分离装置已成功运用,操作弹性和产品品质均满足设计要求。 The cryogenic CO-H2 separation process was simulated with Unisim Design. A complex structure of trays and packings was adopted to adapt to high liquid loads and wide changes of gas loads in the distillation column.The high performance valve tray,UFMTM,and the latest generation structured packing with high capacity,MellpakplusTM,were equipped as the mass transfer internals. The first domestically produced plant has been run successfully. Both turndown ratio and product quality meet the design specifications.
