摘要
在石油开发、运输和加工过程中,沥青质的沉积会导致许多问题,例如导致储层物性损害,堵塞井管、孔喉、分离器等,常采用抑制剂来防止原油中沥青质沉积发生。针对用于油田现场快速测定的沉淀法对抑制效果测定不具备普适性问题,采用透光率法测定原油的初始絮凝点,建立了抑制效果的评价方法,进而评价了IDS1抑制剂(烷基萘类)和IDS2抑制剂(有机胺类)的抑制效果。结果表明IDS1和IDS2均能使原油的初始絮凝点增大,且原油的初始絮凝点会随着抑制剂加量的增大而增大,表明抑制剂可以提高原油体系的稳定性;相比较IDS2的抑制效果比IDS1更好。因此,透光率法不同于沉淀法,可适合于具有一定极性的抑制剂。
In the development, transportation and processing of petroleum, the deposition of asphaltenes can cause many problems, such as causing physical damage to the reservoir,clogging the well pipes, throats, separators, and so on. Inhibitors are often used to prevent asphaltene deposition in crude oil. The determination of the inhibitory effect of the precipitation method used for rapid determination at the oilfield site is not universally applicable. In this paper,the initial flocculation point of crude oil was measured by the transmittance method, and the evaluation method for the inhibition effect was established. The inhibitory effect of IDS1 inhibitor(alkyl naphthalenes) and IDS2 inhibitors(organic amines) were evaluated.The results show that both IDS1 and IDS2 can increase the initial flocculation point of the crude oil, and the initial flocculation point of the crude oil increases with the increase of inhibitor dosage, indicating that the inhibitor can improve the stability of the crude oil system.Compared with IDS2, the inhibitory effect is better than IDS1. Therefore, the light transmittance method is different from the precipitation method and can be suitable for inhibitors with a certain polarity.
