摘要
以38份苦瓜品种资源为试材,通过田间试验和室内检测等方法,对苦瓜的24个性状进行了鉴定,并采用Shannon′s信息指数(H′)评价各性状的遗传多态性,以期为苦瓜相关性状的遗传改良提供参考依据。结果表明:供试苦瓜群体具有丰富的遗传多态性,质量性状的遗传多样性指数(H′)在0.515~1.351,其中瓜形状、瓜色、瓜棱大小及种子大小的H′大于1;数量性状的H′在1.893~2.260,H′大于2.0的数量性状有叶柄长度、叶片长度、叶片宽度、瓜长、瓜肉厚、单果质量、瓜中维生素C含量以及可溶性蛋白质含量等。苦瓜果实中维生素C含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、黄酮含量以及皂苷含量之间均无显著相关性。
Thirty-eight bitter gourd varieties were used as materials,24 traits were investigated by field trail and lab test.The Shannon′s information index(H′) was used to evaluate the genetic polymorphism evaluation of each characteristic,in order to provide reference for genetic improvement of Momordica charantia L.The results showed that these traits varied at different extent among accessions in Momordica charantia L.The diversity index(H′)varied from 0.515 to 1.351 of quality traits,and that of melon shape,melon color and melon edge size of them were all higher than 1,whereas the diversity index(H′)of the quantitative characteristics varied from 1.893 to 2.260,among them seven quantitative characteristics such as petiole length,leaf length,leaf width,fruit length,fruit thickness,vitamin C content and protein content were higher than 2.In addition,there was no significant correlation between each two indices such as dry matter content,vitamin C content,soluble protein content,flavonoid content and saponin content.
