学生专业社团与技能竞赛互动机制研究——以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 以辽宁林业职业技术学院为例,对学生和指导教师参与专业社团和技能竞赛情况进行了调查研究,发现存在教学内容与生产实际存在融合度不高,专业社团的运行及管理不适应技能的提升,技能竞赛的选拔、训练、考核方式还不完善等问题。提出了专业社团要规范化制度化,活动内容要专业化实践化,训练指导途径要多样化创新化,学、训、赛要做到互动化一体化等对策。 In this paper, the participation of students and instructors in professional community and skills competition in Liaoning Forestry Vocation-Technical College has been investigated, and thus some problems are found, such as low fusion of teaching content and production reality, the failure of adapting professional community management and operation to the skills' ascension, and the imperfection of the selection, training, and assessment of the skills competition. According to the situation above, some strategies have been put forward, i.e. the professional community should be standardized and institutionalized, the activity content should be professional and practical, the ways of training and instruction should be diversified and innovated,and learning, training and competition should be interactive and integrated.
