医院体检科质量管理存在的问题及应对策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 伴随着目前医疗事业的飞跃,以及医疗检查手段的改进,获得的检查结果也比以往更为精确。体检科质量不但包括体检医疗技术质量,而且还包括医疗服务质量。该文提出当前医院体检科质量管理过程中存在的主要问题是体检行业质量控制标准不够健全、科内人员的业务技术能力表现欠佳,体检后续信息反馈严重延迟。提出改善体检科质量管理的应对策略是要注重体检流程的质量控制,重视医院人才引进与管理,强化职工培训和教育,加强体检科的人性化服务措施。 With the current leap in medical services and the improvement of medical examination methods, the inspection results obtained are more accurate than ever. The quality of medical examinations not only includes the quality of physical examination medical technology, but also the quality of medical services. The main problems existing in the quality management process of the current medical examination department are that the quality control standards of the medical examination industry are not sound enough, the performance of the technical skills of the staff within the department is not good,and the feedback of subsequent m edical examinations is seriously delayed. The countermeasures to improve the quality management of medical examination departments are to focus on the quality control of the medical examination process, attach importance to the introduction and management of hospital talents, strengthen employee training and education, and strengthen the humane service measures of the physical examination department. The quality management of the medical examination department of the hospital is characterized by its persistence and systematization.
