自然贮藏时间对谷子发芽率的影响 被引量:2

Effect of Natural Storage Time on the Germination Rate of Foxtail Millet

摘要 为了解谷子种子自然贮藏条件下的最佳贮藏时间,测定了2011—2015年参加全国谷子西北中晚熟组区域试验当年收获的65份谷子品种的发芽率,分析谷子种子自然贮藏2~6 a发芽率的变化趋势,并对年际间的差异进行显著性分析及多重比较;同时对不同品种在相同年度区间的发芽率进行分析。结果表明,种子贮藏4 a是一个关键的拐点,种子发芽率显著降低,不同品种差异较大,贮藏4 a,朝201058的发芽率仅为10.5%,而长农35号的发芽率高达92.5%;连续参加2 a区域试验(2012—2013年)的品种中,7个品种发芽率变幅最大,为10.5%~67.5%;当种子贮藏5 a后,发芽率全部降低至21.0%以下;贮藏6 a后降低至15.5%以下。 In order to understand the optimal storage time of millet seeds under natural storage conditions,65 varieties of foxtail millet seeds from regional trial of late-maturing millet group in China from 2011 to 2015 were used for germinating test in this study. The changing trend of germination rates during the storage periods was analyzed, and the annual differences were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and multiple comparisons. Meanwhile the changes of germination rate of different varieties in the same annual interval were analyzed. The results showed that 4 years of seed storage was a key inflection point, and the germination rates were significantly declined. The variation of coefficient was obvious among different varieties. In 2013 ,the germination rate of Chao 201058 was only 10.5% ,while the germination rate of Changnong 35 was as high as 92.5%. Among the varieties participating in the 2 year regional experiment from 2012 to 2013, the germination rates of 7 varieties differed greatly from 10.0% to 67.5%. When the seeds were stored for 5 years and 6 years, the germination rate declined to below 21.0% and 15.5 % respectively.
