摘要
目的探讨肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶MMP-2和NF-KB(核因子KB(nuelearafctor-KB)的表达在肺癌侵袭转移中的作用。方法随机选取80例肺癌患者组织为实验组及40例肺癌旁正常组织为对照组,用免疫组织化学方法检测肺组织中MMP-2和NF-KB的表达。结果实验组和对照组MMP-2的表达率分别为20.0%(16/80)、71.6%(28/40),实验组和对照组NF-KB蛋白的表达率分别为68.7%(55/80)、35.8%(14/40),2组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌分化程度、淋巴结转移及术后生存时间与MMP-2和NF-KB蛋白的表达水平有很大关系。MMP-2表达水平与NF-KB呈负相关。结论 MMP-2的低表达以及NF-KB蛋白的高表达在肺癌侵袭转移中有直接影响,MMP-2低表达可促使NF-KB蛋白信号激活,促进肺癌侵袭转移。
Objective To investigate the role of MMP-2 and NF-KB in invasion and metastasis in lung cancer. Methods80 lung cancer patients were randomly selected as the experimental group and 40 normal lung tissue as the control group. The expression of MMP-2 and NF-KB in lung cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression rates of MMP-2 in the experimental group and the control group were 20. 0%( 16/80) and 71. 6%( 28/40),respectively. The expression rates of NF-KB in the experimental group and the control group were 68. 7%( 55/80),35. 8%( 14/40) respectively. There were significant differences between the 2 groups( P 〈 0. 05). Lung cancer differentiation,lymph node metastasis and postoperative survival time and MMP-2 and NF-KB protein expression levels have a great relationship. The expression of MMP-2 was negatively correlated with NF-KB. Conclusion Low expression of MMP-2 and high expression of NF-KB protein in lung cancer invasion and metastasis have a direct impact,low expression of MMP-2 can promote NF-KB signaling and promote the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.
