摘要
以某结晶器板簧振动系统为研究对象,应用有限元模态分析方法和解析计算法对振动系统固有频率进行计算分析和对比,并应用有限元模态分析法进行验证,有利于选择结晶器结构参数,优化振动系统及其它装置。
Taking the leaf spring vibration system of a certain casting mould as research object,the natural frequencies of the vibration system have been calculated,analyzed and compared by using finite element modal analysis method and analytic calculation method,meanwhile it also has been verified by applying finite element modal analysis method. It is favorable to select structural parameters of mould and optimize vibration system and other devices.
