轧机机架通过有效机加工艺措施后,一些关键尺寸满足了图纸要求,但最终还需进入装配环节,对其综合精度利用联装联试进行检验,科学正确地进行装配,经过多年现场实践,总结了一些关键工序和操作方法。
After taking the effective measures on machining process,some of the key dimensions of mill housing meet the drawing requirements,but in the end,it still needs to be in the assembly link and tested comprehensive accuracy through the combined installation in a scientific corrective way. After the years of practice at site,some key procedures and methods of operation are summerized.
