摘要 立式冷藏陈列柜的出风口优化设计是提升陈列柜性能的重要方式。对蜂窝出风口的结构参数进行优化,运用CFD仿真和试验的方法模拟柜内温度场变化,仿真分析和试验结果表明:蜂窝出风口孔径5mm、蜂窝厚度30mm、出风角度40°、出风速度0.9m/s时,风幕性能最佳,柜内温度分布均匀。研究结果为立式冷藏陈列柜的优化设计提供依据。 The optimization design for honeycomb of the vertical refrigerated display cabinet is an important way to improve the performance of the display cabinet. The structural parameters of the honeycomb are optimized by CFD simulation and experimental method. The results of simulation and test show that the aperture of the honeycomb is 5mm, the width is 30mm, the angle of 40° and the air velocity 0.9 m/s, the air curtain have best performance, and the temperature in the cabinet is evenly distributed. The research results provide the reference for the optimization design of the vertical refrigerated display cabinet.
