新疆巴州焉耆盆地奶牛布鲁氏菌病病原学分离鉴定情况报告

摘要 为了调查研究新疆巴州地区引起奶牛布鲁氏菌病的布鲁氏菌菌种及其生物型,从2015年1月至2017年12月,实施"巴州地区奶牛布鲁氏菌病感染情况调查及病原学调查研究"项目,对巴州地区焉耆盆地和塔里木盆地生产奶牛进行布鲁氏菌病病原学调查研究。分别对巴州地区焉耆盆地布鲁氏菌病血清学监测阳性区域的奶牛场、奶牛养殖散户进行了布鲁氏菌病病原学调查研究。对巴州地区焉耆盆地布鲁氏菌病血清学监测阳性区域的奶牛场、奶牛养殖散户共收集奶牛病料352份,其中奶牛流产胎儿57份、奶牛屠宰病料35份、阴道分泌物130份、生鲜乳130份,按国际常规分离布鲁氏菌培养方法培养,进行鉴定。结果表明:鉴定出4株布鲁氏菌菌株,出菌率为1.14%。其中:3株菌为布鲁氏菌牛种生物3型,1株菌为布鲁氏菌羊种生物2型。结论:焉耆盆地奶牛布鲁氏菌病的优势菌种为牛种布鲁氏菌生物3型,主要监测出于焉耆盆地的焉耆县、和静县、博湖县。 To investigate brucellosis strains and its biotypes causing brucellosis in dairy cows in Bazhou, the project of "Study on Brucellosis Infection in Dairy Cows and Its Pathogen Investigation in Bazhou" was carried out from January, 2015 to December, 2017. Brucellosis pathogen investigation was performed respectively in cattle farms and backyards in serological surveillance positive region of Yanqi basin, Bazhou prefecture by the following methods: 352 epidemic materials from cows, including 57 aborted fetuses, 35 slaughter epidemic materials, 130 vaginal secretions, and 130 fresh milk, were collected to identify and separate brucellosis according to international practices in the above premises. It was found that four brucellosis strains were identified with 1.14% strain rate, of which, three strains were belong to type Ⅲ bovine species, and the rest one was type Ⅱ sheep species. Therefore, the dominant brucellosis strain in cows in Yanqi basin was type Ⅲ bovine species, mainly being tested in counties of Yanqi, Hejing and Bohu.
