摘要
为研究草菇菇渣复合基质对黄瓜苗期发育特性的影响,本试验将发酵后的草菇菇渣、蛭石、珍珠岩按体积比2∶1∶1配制的复合基质作为育苗基质,以商品育苗基质土作对照(CK),研究了复合基质不同用量(0、30%、50%、70%、90%和100%)对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,复合基质可以满足黄瓜幼苗正常生长,幼苗的茎粗、根长和壮苗指数分别为3.67 mm、14.82 cm和0.175 13,均高于CK,说明复合基质对黄瓜育苗安全。
In order to study the effect of compound substrate of straw mushroom residue on the growth characteristics of cucumber seedlings,in this experiment,the compound substrate was prepared with fermented straw mushroom residue,vermiculite and perlite according to the volume ratio of2:1:1,and commercial seedling substrate used as control(CK),the effects of different amounts(0,30%,50%,70%,90%,and 100%)of compound substrate on the growth of cucumber seedlings were studied.The results showed that compound substrate could satisfy the normal growth of cucumber seedlings,stem diameter,root length and seedling index of cucumber seedlings were higher than that of CK,it was 3.67 mm,14.82 cm and 0.175 13,respectively,so compound substrate is safe for cucumber seedling.
