摘要
连续切片扫描电子显微镜(SBFSEM)是一种将传统扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与实时高精超薄切片机(Ultramicro-tome)相结合的用以表征材料三维空间结构的电子显微技术。本文通过连续切片扫描电子显微镜(SBFSEM)对环氧树脂包埋的硅酸三钙颗粒进行连续切割并三维成像,然后通过Avizo软件对测试所得序列图像进行三维重构分析。结果表明SBFSEM可用于硅酸盐类硬质材料的三维结构表征;测试颗粒的尺寸分布范围较大,但其中数量高达85%的颗粒的长宽比位于2和6之间;三维测试所得硅酸三钙颗粒的平均体积为12μm^3。
Serial block-face scanning electron microscopy( SBFSEM) is a three-dimensional( 3 D) electron microscopy analytical technique which combines the traditional SEM and the in-situ ultramicro-tome together to characterize the 3 D spatial structure of condensed matters. In this paper,the epoxy-embedded tricalcium silicate particles were measured by SBFSEM in three dimensions,and the obtained sequential images were used for three-dimensional reconstruction and quantitative analysis by Avizo software. The results show that SBFSEM can be used for the measurements of the hard-condensed matters and materials such as tricalcium silicate;the size distribution of the imaged particles is wide,the aspect ratio of about 85% of the particles is between 2 and 6; the average volume of all the reconstructed tricalcium silicate particles is 12 μm^3.
